Warriors smash Clippers 141-113
WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 (Xinhua) -- After the season's first two weeks of slumber, Golden State Warriors woke up with a 141-113 blowout of the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night.
Stephen Curry scored 31 points and Kevin Durant added 19 to lead Warriors to their 11th consecutive win over the Clippers.
Warriors' shooting percentage topped 70 in the first half as they seized control of the game. Curry hit seven of his 11 three-point attempts, and added six assists and five rebounds. Draymond Green added 16 points for the Warriors while Klay Thompson added 15 points.
This is the fifth win in Warrior's first eight matches. The Warriors have not lost to the Clippers since Christmas Day in 2014. Danilo Gallinari scored 19 points and Lou Williams added 17 points for the Clippers.
