Tang You Baba

　　Tang You Baba (fried glutinous rice cake) is a famous snack of Changsha. It is made from glutinous rice powder, oil and sugar, which requires excellent cooking skills. Due to its cheap price and sweet taste, it has gained popularity over recent years among the public.
