Indonesian men's doubles set to get victory in Hong Kong Badminton Open
JAKARTA, Nov. 21 (Xinhua) -- An Indonesian men's doubles pair is expected to secure a gold medal in the Hong Kong Badminton Open super series which kicked of on Tuesday, a coach said.
Kevin Sanjaya/Marcus Gideon who had secured a gold medal in the recent China Open Super Series has shown improved performance recently, said coach assistance Aryono Miranat.
"They have performed well and recently their performance have significantly improved," the coach said in a statement.
The coach said that he was upbeat over a gold medal target as the pair has been in a best condition at present.
"They have often adapted to play directly in two tournaments. And for this tournament, their target is to be champhions," he added.
