Zhuang ethnic people make "Changqing" rice in S China's Guangxi
Farmers of Zhuang ethnic group carry collected rice back home to make "Changqing" rice in Fengshan County, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Sept. 17, 2017. People of Zhuang ethnic group in northwestern part of Guangxi have a tradition to collect some rice before harvest season and then make sweet and soft "Changqing" rice after the processes of husking, cooking, drying, grinding and sifting. It also symbolizes good luck if local people can eat "Changqing" rice on the harvest day. (Xinhua/Zhou Enge)
